					<description>Hi JoLynn!

Your Daily Motivation posts tend to get my brain going so they are effective! Life is long and we're lucky when we are able to get a little inspiration from others. Thank you very much for that!

					<description>Hi Patrick!

I'm glad you liked my Daily Motivation post on creating new habits.

I can relate to what you wrote about whether or not you could get a "high" from being disciplined. I have experienced a high from staying disciplined with what I eat and my exercise routine, but have also had the issue of feeling poorly when I have slipped---even though the slip was small. I am working on being ok when I'm not perfect. :)

At the same time, I work on staying on track overall so that I can reach my goal.

All the best,

JoLynn</description>
