The only way I can silence them is to leave them at the store. The good news is that it doesn't take very long to get out of the eating habit once the food is out of the house or office, or just out of site. Just moved the nuts off my desk and out of my line of site. It is true - almost every time I looked at the wee tin, I'd grab one or two. That adds up!!
