I think the direct approach you take is what Steve is getting at. I've known you for a long time and you have never failed to address issues head on and with complete commitment. I've wondered if it is because you don't like having open loops in your life or if you never learned to run away from your responsibilities. Regardless of the reason you get a lot accomplished.
